The short supply chain from fields to manufacturing plants allow Primato tomatoes to be processed at “time zero”: the time of Primato!

Based in the Mezzano Valley, a region far from city traffic, uncontaminated and abundant in water where most of the day’s work is in the fields. One of the major crops here is tomatoes, which ripen to perfection.

Primato tomatoes are processed while still fresh within eight hours, preserving all their organoleptic qualities: intense flavour and perfume, bright colour, good yield and just the right density.
