William Di Carlo

Formed in 1833 by Francesco Marcone, William Di Carlo has grown into one of the biggest producers of Italian “confetti”.

Confetti is typically sugared almonds that are used at weddings as wedding favours or at christenings and other ceremonies. William Di Carlo use the best almonds from Sicilia and, using the raw ingredients from the region of Sulmona, create some of the most incredible confectionery.

Today William Di Carlo use many more different ingredients to create such products as torrone, sugared jellies, chocolate covered nuts and many more wonderful creations. They continue to evolve and to push the boundaries of flavour combinations.
